In the case of the wrong item being shipped, Outletsale will cover the full return shipping costs and reship the correct items at no cost. For all other exchanges, the customer must pay for return shipping.
In the unfortunate case that an item arrives damaged, please inform Outletsale within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please email us at Help@outletsale.com , include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and a photo of the damaged item/items.

All exchanges will be processed within 2 business days, and the customer will be notified when their item has been shipped.
For order cancellations, we accept order cancellations before the items have been processed for shipping approximately 2 hours from order confirmation. To cancel your order, please contact us at 866-209-2128 or email or chat with our customer support on outletsale.com/support. Please have your order number/confirmation code. If the item has already been shipped, outletsale cannot cancel an order.
